Cold Asian Noodle Salad

Ingredients:
1 package Thai rice noodles
1 tsp. sesame oil
2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 Tbsp. Hoisin sauce
5 Tbsp. olive oil
2 stalks celery, julienned
5 scallions, diced
1/2 cup green cabbage, shredded
1/2 cup red bell pepper, julienned
3 Tbsp. sesame seed, toasted (for garnish)
Preparation:
Prepare noodles according to package instructions. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss until thoroughly coated. Refrigerate until ready for service.
